Dr. Jeff Shadjareh, also known as Dr. Shad, is a chiropractor and the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Minimally Invasive Medical Group, with clinics located in Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, and throughout Orange County, California. He focuses on non-surgical spinal decompression therapy and utilizes advanced technology, such as the DRX9000 and DRX9000C systems.

Dr. Shad began his academic journey at Pierce College and Western University in Los Angeles, later obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences (formerly LACC) in 1993. His concentration has been on spinal conditions and sports-related injuries. In addition, he holds certifications in manipulation under anesthesia and receptor-tonus therapy. His areas of expertise include sports medicine, spinal health, and minimally invasive manual therapies. He is also affiliated with the Academy of Bloodless Medicine & Surgery.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Shad served as the chiropractor and trainer for the Orange County Zodiac, a second-division Major League Soccer team.
